Michael L. Love: polyphenols and stable free radicals
Some of you might be interested in molecules that chemists use to form stable free radicals. It is remarkable how similar in structure some of them are to polyphenols, which probably helps to explain some of their properties. I would suspect that this kind of work underpins much of the supplementation that we do today. Chemistry is not my specialty, but I found this small collection to be very interesting, and probably valuable to someone. More interesting gallaries are in the pipeline.
