I'm rather proud of my progress in the Presidential Champions award
program. Perhaps you would like to give it a try as well. It is fun,

I bought the pedometer, and I also bike, run, and do strength training,
which is my current favorite. Almost any form of physical activity can
earn points. Give it a try, or at least, check out the website. You
may not be able to resist the temptation! Good health feels good.
