60 days to reject Keystone XL

Congress has agreed to a two-month payroll tax and unemployment extension
bill that forces a decision on the Keystone XL Pipeline, and by all
accounts President Obama will sign it.

Republicans have gotten their wish -- President Obama will have 60 days to
decide on the Keystone XL Pipeline.

And we have 60 days to make sure he rejects it.
