Congressman Ron Paul asked that crucial question during a spirited
defense of freedom of the press:

"If WikiLeaks is to be prosecuted for publishing classified documents,
why shouldn’t the Washington Post, the New York Times, and others
who also published these documents be prosecuted?"

But, amazingly, there really is talk in Washington of passing laws to
prosecute the newspapers that teamed up with WikiLeaks.

Here's how new Congressman Allen West answers Paul's question:

"I think that we also should be censoring the American news agencies
which enabled [WikiLeaks' Julian Assange] to do this and also
supported him and applauding him for the efforts."
