I wonder how many people count ethanol as their favorite molecule. As a
lifelong Mormon, I must say that I have mixed feelings about my association
with this molecule. As many people know, alcoholic drinks are contrary to
the LDS code of healthful living, known as the Word of Wisdom (WoW). WoW
compliance is required for entrance into the Mormon temples. In spite of
the meaningful attraction of these lovely buildings, one suspects that many
are unwilling to give up the drink in order to go inside. I for one am
grateful for my Mormon upbringing, pioneer heritage, and for WoW! It
certainly gave me a head start as a healthful food and living blogger,
although I find the other benefits even more attractive.Regards,
